Willow is  dispatched from the end of November to the end of March.

We charge a flat rate of £8.95 for delivery for most of the UK mainland.

For the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and Northern Island a surcharge will apply, please contact us for a quote.

We dispatch to most of Europe, so please contact us for a quote.

We normally dispatch orders at the beginning of the week (Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays by 48hr courier for the UK, European deliveries take 3-8 days. A signature is required, unless you tell us you are happy for your order to be left somewhere (at your own risk).

Please Note we cut and prepare willow to order and so orders are generally dispatched the week following the week you place your order. At busy times it maybe longer.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order please contact us. We only send out cuttings, trees and plants we would be happy to receive ourselves, that are healthy and in good condition.
